QCR has a study for patients who have inadequately controlled Asthma. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Metered Dose inhaler and open label Symbicort in male and female participants from the ages 12 to 80 years old with inadequately controlled asthma. This study is 24 weeks that has 8 in-office visits and two phone follow-up visits. Office visits have a stipend of $85 and there is no phone stipend. Each in-clinic visit will have to be scheduled in the morning between 8am-10am.

Must be 12-80
Diagnosis of Asthma for at least 6 months
Must have a maintenance inhaler and a rescue inhaler
Cannot be a smoker or smoked within the last 6 months
