Rudolf Kotula, MD., FACP, FIDSA, MBA

Dr. Kotula is a Principal Investigator at Quality Clinical Research, Inc. He is also an Infectious Diseases Consultant and Epidemiologist at Methodist Health System and Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Kotula completed his Medicine Residency at the University of Minnesota Medical School in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He subsequently completed his Infectious Diseases Fellowship at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa. In the past, Dr. Kotula worked for the pharmaceutical industry in new drug development. Dr. Kotula is board-certified in Infectious Diseases. He is a member of the Infectious Diseases Society of America, American College of Physicians, and Metro Omaha Society and is the chair of the Immunization Task Force of Nebraska. His current areas of research interest include immunocompromised host, prevention of nosocomial infections, HIV/Hepatitis C, antibiotic stewardship, clinical research/new drug development.
