OSTEOARTHRITIS STUDY

The purpose of this clinical research study is to learn more about the use of the investigational study drug, Amnion Suspension Allograft (ASA).

The study drug, ASA, is being tested as a potential treatment for OA of the knee. Osteoarthritis of the knee is a condition that occurs when the cartilage in your knee wears away. Cartilage acts as a cushion between the bones in your knee. When the cartilage wears down, the bones can rub against one another. This rubbing can cause pain, swelling, and sometimes difficulty moving.

To qualify for the study, you must be:

  • Males and females ages 19 or older (no upper age limit)
  • Diagnosed with Moderate to Severe Knee Pain
  • Failed to adequately respond to at least 2 therapies or treatments within the last 12 months
  • Other criteria may apply*

*There are multiple studies available to participate in and each may require different criteria to be approved as a participant.
